Grandma had the pleasure of baking goodies for a wonderful Post-Valentine / Post-Fashion Week Party at OLIPHANT STUDIOS in NYC. This amazing Painted Backdrop Studio hosted a great annual event for its friends, clients, employees and their kids.

Among the baked morsels were: Mint Chocolate Cupcakes, Assorted Cupcakes enlivened with gleaming sugars, Marshmallow Love Bunnies and Juicy Cherries, Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies and Assorted Gluten-Free Almond Tarts topped with Apples, Chocolate, Black Raspberry and Maple Cream.

Hello Dearies, Grandma has been gearing up to bake some lovely Holiday Baked Goodies for you. As you know, Grandma can make most of her traditional treats in Gluten-Free form as well.

Take a gander at Grannie's specialties. If you don't see what you want, ask Grandma if she can make it. She may be old, but she's flexible.

GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE SILK CAKE

Grandma has created a rich and chocolatety confection for her Gluten Free darlings. Grannie's Gluten Free CHOCOLATE SILK CAKE is filled with chocolate chips and swirls of chocolate syrup. They are made in individual servings, as seen here, in large muffin-sized cups or as a large cake iced with Coco Buttercream Frosting that serves 8-10 people. GLUTEN-FREE ALMOND CRANBERRY RAISIN COOKIES

Grandma has been very busy this Spring and Summer. But, she was not too busy to bake up a new tasty Gluten-Free Cookie: "Almond Cranberry Raisin" YUM!

EASTER CUPCAKES

Hello my sweets, Grandma is working her holiday magic with some tasty Easter Treats. Try some of Grannie's EASTER CUPCAKES. They are a festival of Spring Colors and a feast of happy Peeps.

The cake comes in Lemon, Chocolate, Vanilla or Peppermint. The frostings are Lemon, Vanilla, Chocolate, Blue Curacao, Midori Melon, Ginger or Coffee. Yummy! You see my dears, you can believe in the Easter Bunny.

PEAR LAVENDER PIE

Hello my dears,

Grandma has been making some lovely new specialties. This PEAR AND LAVENDER PIE (a large tart really) has the wonderful taste of the coming Spring. The crust is a lovely shortbread layered with sweetened cream cheese enhanced with fresh lemon zest and topped with delicate ripe pears. The entire confections is then drizzled with Lavender Syrup... ahhh Spring is here!
