GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE SILK CAKE

Grandma has created a rich and chocolatety confection for her Gluten Free darlings. Grannie's Gluten Free CHOCOLATE SILK CAKE is filled with chocolate chips and swirls of chocolate syrup. They are made in individual servings, as seen here, in large muffin-sized cups or as a large cake iced with Coco Buttercream Frosting that serves 8-10 people. GLUTEN-FREE ALMOND CRANBERRY RAISIN COOKIES

Grandma has been very busy this Spring and Summer. But, she was not too busy to bake up a new tasty Gluten-Free Cookie: "Almond Cranberry Raisin" YUM!

EASTER CUPCAKES

Hello my sweets, Grandma is working her holiday magic with some tasty Easter Treats. Try some of Grannie's EASTER CUPCAKES. They are a festival of Spring Colors and a feast of happy Peeps.

The cake comes in Lemon, Chocolate, Vanilla or Peppermint. The frostings are Lemon, Vanilla, Chocolate, Blue Curacao, Midori Melon, Ginger or Coffee. Yummy! You see my dears, you can believe in the Easter Bunny.

PEAR LAVENDER PIE

Hello my dears,

Grandma has been making some lovely new specialties. This PEAR AND LAVENDER PIE (a large tart really) has the wonderful taste of the coming Spring. The crust is a lovely shortbread layered with sweetened cream cheese enhanced with fresh lemon zest and topped with delicate ripe pears. The entire confections is then drizzled with Lavender Syrup... ahhh Spring is here!

CLASSIC APPLE PIE

Hello my little sweet-toothed bunnies. Grandma has a classic Apple Pie that will make you think you've gone back in time... to a 1940's "family" movie. Grannie's Home Style Apple Pie is addictive. The crisp Granny Smith Apples blend with the pure cane sugar, fresh lemon juice and aromatic spices (Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Cloves) to create a time honored treat. Go ahead, treat yourself today!

GLUTEN-FREE OATMEAL CRANBERRY COOKIES

Hello my loves. Grandma has been working up a new tasty treat for you: Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies. Yummy! They are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. You don't have to give up favorites just because you must eat Gluten-Free. Ask Grandma about these goodies. They can be made with raisins too...

ASSORTED CUPCAKES

Grandma made these assorted style cupcakes for the party this weekend as well. The request was for some different "Girlie" designs in honor of Anita's birthday. They were all original, pretty and sweet, just like the birthday girl. Happy Birthday Anita!

RUN DMC CUPCAKES

Grandma had the pleasure of baking some luscious cupcakes to honor Darryl's, a.k.a. RUN DMC, induction into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame at a party in Manhattan Saturday. Frosted to reflect his logo, these chocolatey confections pay homage to his amazing career as a true artist worthy of this great honor. 

Thanks Josh for letting Grandma be a part of the celebration! I hope you all enjoyed the fruits of Grandma's labor.

GLUTEN-FREE BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP LOAF

Yes Dearies, Grandma can make her lovely loaves GLUTEN-FREE. Here's her famous Banana Chocolate Chip Loaf. Yummy! It is made with fresh bananas, chocolate chips, butter, sugar and rice flour. No need to worry if you suffer from that uncomfortable condition having to do with some funny buffalo. What is it? "Silly Yak's Disease? Anyway, enjoy my sweeties. Grandma loves you.

VALENTINE'S DAY COOKIES

Grandma made some lovely traditional Sugar Cookies for Valentine's Day. You can nibble on Big Red Kissy Lips, Red & White Hearts or for those of you who have been Wounded in Love, Purple Hearts.

BOURBON CHOCOLATE CHERRY LOAF

Well my sweets, here is Grandma's answer to a cocktail at breakfast (or dessert), my delectable Bourbon Chocolate Chip Cherry Loaf. It is loaded (pardon the pun) with ripe Bing Cherries that have been macerated in Bourbon and Brown Sugar. Add Chocolate Chips and you have a wonderful, decadent loaf for any time of the day. 

Mike and George ordered one for themselves and said: "pure heaven!"

Order a slice (or loaf) of pure heaven for yourself! Lots of loaves to you my dearies.

STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE

Hello Dearies, 

Grandma has created a lovely new cake for you. It's a delectable, rich Strawberry Cream Cheese Coffee Cake. Great for breakfast, brunch or dessert, this treat will please all your loved ones. The fresh strawberries add a natural sweetness and the cream cheese give it some Oomph!

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY LOAF

Well, Grandma is always happy to accommodate her lovelies. When Bruce requested something with his favorite ingredient, PEANUT BUTTER, I suggested a twist on the classic PB&J sandwich. So here it is Bruce: your very own PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY LOAF. I hope you like it my dear.

The loaf is made with all natural Peanut Butter in the batter and chunky Strawberry Jam swirled throughout. It will go perfectly with a tall glass of milk (Lactose-free for Bruce) or a nice cup of tea. Enjoy!

My dearies, Grandma has been creating some new tasty loaves for you. This lovely loaf features sweet, juicy pears and fresh lemon zest. The flavor is delicate and naturally sweet. I do hope you'll try one soon.

APPLE CHOCOLATE TART

As you may or may not know, Grandma bakes some scrumptious GLUTEN-FREE desserts. I created tarts for BISTANGO RESTAURANT in NYC, including these luscious BLUEBERRY TARTS. The tart crust is made from ground Almonds, layered with chocolate, then fresh berries coated in a sweet fruit glaze. 

BISTANGO features my APPLE TARTS, BERRY TARTS, PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE and will soon carry my PEAR & LAVENDER CREAM CHEESE TARTS. 

Grandma makes wicked GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES too!
