SPECIALTY FOOT CAKE






What kind of Specialty Birthday Cake do you make for a Podiatrist?
A GIANT FOOT CAKE of course!




I had the pleasure of creating this tasty toe-topped confection for a Dr. of Podiatric Medicine in Connecticut.
The double layered cake (top layer classic vanilla, bottom was chocolate sour cherry) was iced with traditional frosting. (I prefer it to fondant for flavor, though it's more difficult to sculpt.)
I was told the toe nails were "Sweet!"
